About Me
With over 25 years' experience, I have worked within B2B, ESG and not for profit sectors. After achieving a BSc in Management Sciences 2.1, at the University of Manchester, I started my career at McKinsey & Co before pursuing commercial roles within marketing and brand experience agencies for B2B, Public and B2C sectors. I've managed a portfolio of clients during my career including: HSBC, HP, BP, Ericsson, Nokia, Porsche, Aston Martin, Toyota, Takeda, Pfizer, Boehringer Ingelheim, 10 Downing Street, NHS & the Department of Health and a growing client base within Clean Tech and ESG sectors.
During my career, I've been responsible for the growth of businesses and client portfolios, designed and directed business scaling and transformational strategies, led business development, clients services, marketing and project teams. Since establishing my own business consultancy in 2018, my focus has been on offering business and management consultancy, board advisory and leadership mentoring for start-ups, Social Enterprises and Not for Profit organisations wanting to achieve sustainable growth.
What's my Purpose?
Helping leaders and their businesses and organisations to succeed. All too often, business leaders need to be focussed on the day job of running their business and delivering the day to day. They lack time to work out where it is they're going and how to effectively and efficiently get there 'The Strategy'.
Businesses operate within a constantly changing environment. Sustainable growth requires flexibility and adaptability in strategy and organisational design.
Drawing on my own commercial experience, an in-depth understanding of what it's like to be in the 'driving seat' and utilising business strategy and management best practice tools and frameworks, my purpose is to help Founders and executive teams to anticipate, plan for and future proof their business or organisation to achieve sustainable growth.
